The "Green House" is located on open water on the seaside of Eleuthera, south of Governor's Harbor. Governor's Harbor is about a twenty minute drive and has a doctor,'s office, grocery, liquor stores and an ATM machine. The airport is about thirty minutes away.
The "Green House" has 120 feet of primitive beach and a private homeowners' beach (good for small children). It is a private and secluded location. It only has one adjacent house to the northwest and vacant land to the southeast.
